By creating an account or using any part of FuerteJob, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FuerteJob provides two complementary services: (a) a job board focused on the Canary Islands where employers can post vacancies and candidates can search and apply, and (b) a CV builder that lets you create a tagged master profile and generate tailored CVs using AI. Credits are consumed per generation and purchased in packs.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FuerteJob. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fuertejob.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

FuerteJob uses OpenAI APIs to rephrase and select content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated CVs before submission to employers. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output.
The profile content you enter remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Generated CVs are owned by you. The FuerteJob name, logo, and platform design are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
FuerteJob does not guarantee the accuracy of job listings posted by employers. We are not a party to any employment agreement between candidates and employers and assume no liability for hiring decisions or working conditions.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuerteJob's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum that may apply.
